Dealership knew i was driving a hour to drive this vehicleit was a dirty mess when i showed up to drive itany dealership that would show a $27k car dirty as that with appointment to show itthe salesperson should be firedI am a retired professional salesperson I would never put up with sales people like that. I had cash to buy this Cadillac but I am keeping my cash!!!

The salesman said and sales manager treat you terrible. They only will sell using their banks. They flat out told me because they wouldn't get commission. Wouldn't even sell with a certified check for commission reasons

Tom, I have reviewed your lead in our Customer Management System. It looks like you wanted us to fix the power window that was working intermittently. After we fixed the issue, you then asked for $400-$500 off the vehicle. Unfortunately we were not able to do that. It looks like Zach explained that to you as well, telling you that we did what you asked us to do. You ultimately didn't purchase the vehicle. We sell our vehicles at a low margin in order to keep our prices low for everyone, we are unable to move on prices in most scenarios. Hopefully next time you're in the market for a truck you think about us.

The sales people where friendly and informative. The vehicle I was interested in was not up to par. It had a dead battery, some sort of a problem with the charging system, plus a check engine light, and the power lift gate didnt work. This vehicle was not ready for delivery.
