Salesman was very friendly and we connected. The online picture to wait we saw on the lot was different. There were a lot more items damaged or missing on the car. These we immediately visible as I walked around the car. Poor checks by the dealer before putting the car for sale.

They have super high fees added on to the sticker price compared to other dealerships. They will sell it to you saying that they sell high quality cars and take care of them which explains the high fees. Just good to know before you fall in love with a car and think its a great price. By the time you walk out of there it is no longer a great price.

They sold me a 2014 caddilac platinum is advertised for 25900 for 26900 and the milage was offered it had 26911 but really had a millage of 31000. We will see what happens tomrw at the dealership . I imagine that we will get the same run around but who knows they might say we will do what we said we would do but i doubt it. Fingers crossed. I hope to have a great review for then tomrw. After viewing the 2015 BMW-Z4 online, I received an email from Khristy Stewart with her phone number. She was knowledgeable and responded quickly to my call. After viewing the video she sent of the car, we finalized a deal. There is a non-negotiable $2,499 fee to be aware of that the dealer charges for inspecting and ensuring the vehicle is operational. I ran into this fee at a Mazda dealership once before, so I was not surprised when it was mentioned. The steps for providing a deposit, wiring the balance, and signing the required documents were explained and handled efficiently. Khristy arranged for a carrier to deliver the car the following day. I am very pleased with the purchase and glad for Khristy's responsiveness via phone and text throughout the process.
