Well went to get my contractor toy tail light fix. When I got in my truck took off down the road my hook came up. It was not closed. Lucky I was in the outside lane to pull over to close and no damage. They need to recheck and make sure everything is close. Thanks Reene Rowe

They got me in and out in just about an hour, which I appreciate. Usually they would send video to my phone when they were under the hood, telling me how things looked. Have not one that on my last two visits. Also, we used to get a hard copy with our paperwork of the results of the 27 point inspection. Nothing last visit and this time they sent to my phone, which I received after I got home. Just an FYI

Just moved to FW , my car needed service and maintenance alert reset. Needed a wheel alignment too but parts had fused and needed replacement too. I used shuttle service to return home and back, was ok. Nick informed of problems and was pleasant to work with. Costs were high due to added work and parts and senior discount was much appreciated.

I went to the dealership to find that they were trying to add $3,995 worth of "accessories" to the advertised price. These included something to make brake lights flash when activated, and free "nitrogen" (air) fills for tires for life. This was intentionally misleading, so I bought elsewhere. Any "accessories" as they mislabeled them, or other mandatory charges should be included in the advertised price.

I trust a Certified Toyota Dealer to take care of my 2017 Corolla LE and they did not disappoint. She got new shoes, brakes, lightbulbs, and a filter. Rides so much nicer now. I would definitely recommend them for your service needs. All of the staff was courteous and professional. They're my choice to maintain her good health for years to come. GO EVANS TOYOTA!!!

Evans always does a good job but it took two hours for a simple service and I was very unhappy. If they don't have enough service technicians then they need to not book clients close together. There were quite a few non-service techs going around the facility.

Every time Ive had my vehicle serviced at Evans Toyota there was a problem created by the service staff when I left this time as I was driving home the whole glove compartment fell on the floor when I called the service department they listened and said itll be better next time I think the Service staff needs training and to do a final check before the vehicle is released it is something every time

It took me 3 visits to repair the plastic kick panel on the door. The repair took about 15 minutes. I was not very happy with the service representative who suggested I was the cause of the clips failing therefore the warranty would not cover the repair. I had the new vehicle for about a week and it had approximately 600 miles on the odometer. One more thing, they did cover the repair.

The services manager was upfront about initial cost of services and labor. Inside the amenities were beyond any other dealership or service center Ive visited. Service was timely and efficient. I will no doubt be returning and highly recommend Evans to other Fort Wayne Toyota owners.

Could have been quicker. I arrived at 9:20am for my 9:15 appointment and was informed my appointment was at 10:15am. Apparently a glitch in their computer as I showed the technician the text message I had received two days prior, confirming my appointment time, as 9:15. A second "note"... To perform an alignment and change the cabin air filter, took 1hr 42 min. I believe this could have been done in half the time.

While the type and size of tire that I wanted was in stock, are reasonably priced, the service dept. representative tried very hard to convince me that I also needed to purchase an expensive tire pressure sensor for the tire that had gone flat. He said that the tire pressure light would remain on if it was not replaced. I declined the purchase and the tire pressure light has never come on. I am not convinced that it was ever really needed.
