Excellent service. Very courteous, friendly and fast. We booked our appointment- they got us in within a week. Dropped off vehicle the night before, as we had scheduled an appointment for 8am the next day. By 9:30am our vehicle was ready for pickup. Great customer service!

Carfax said to let people know if this is a reliable and affordable place for service. It is NOT affordable. The service tech never called me - my truck was there 4 days - I had to call HIM to ask what was going on and why it was taking so long. I brought it in for a few items - one of which was never fixed - and had to pay over $4800 to get my vehicle released. NEVER AGAIN.

I called to tell them I would be a little late, they were so gracious. I had been up since 4:30 am and I totally lost track of time. Very professional servicemen. The reason for the visit was due to a recall on the brakes. I noticed that they did a multi-point inspection and checked the battery and tires. Very nice of considering I was not paying for anything this time.

Bill was courteous and professional! I was told on the phone that the recall service would take 1.5 hours. To my surprise I was in and out of the service center in 40 minutes or so. I am also very happy that coffee was available during my stay.
