The car wasn't ready for me when I got there. Took 20 min to find it. The listing had multiple lies, and it had not had a thorough inspection. I don't know how I could have found this out in advance, but Carfax is not my friend. I did not buy the car.

Bad experience with the dealership. Bought the car, but didnt notice some fault in the car. Electric cars charger was faulty, frunk wont open, left side head light was not working. When informed, the salesman was really rude and kinda aggressive.

Employees did not practice safe distancing, weren't wearing masks. Employee didn't even show me the car, just handed me the keys & left me to look at it alone. Hood supports were bad & after I opened the hood to ciew the engine, the hood came crashing down on my head & back. Mechanic who came on test drive didn't wear a mask, didn't know how car worked & took me on a 20 minute ride across town after the point when I told him the test drive was over & I wanted to return to the shop. The car was missing interior pieces, fan for heat only blew 2 inches from the vents, curb rash on every wheel, car needed front end work-was all over the road. Overpriced neglected vehicle. I also found several other ads for this car at multiple Seattle dealerships with different prices listed in each ad. Very suspicious! I would not buy anything from this dealership!!
