They found a problem before I was aware of it. They discussed it with me, told me how long it would take to get the parts and fix it and loaned me a car to get home with. They did the work as estimated and found out it was covered by drivetrain warranty so it cost me nothing. There is no reason not to be satisfied.

They got the pick-up right on time. I visited with Sales person about new vehicle and was disappointed to find out that they weren't going to pertisapate in the electric vehicle program at this time. I was thinking about an electric one in the future. By the time i got done talking to salesperson the pick-up was done. they did an excellent job on oil change like normal.

Holly in the service dept. does a great job, and she knows her stuff. She always is pleasant and friendly and doesn't replace anything that you haven't asked for without checking with you. If she thinks something else needs to be done she will bring it to your attention first.
