6. Unbelievable paperwork, 20+ signatures, 10 initials, all requiring confirmations. And more delays for a new trainee learning the process.

8. Brian and staff were polite and apologetic but I don't think I would suffer this "new" buying experience again.

We did end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, but feel like they are on the untrustworthy side. They state they do 190 pt inspection and all fresh fluids. Wrong - they just cleared the check engine reading and never changed the oil. I asked our mechanic to look it over, he was stunned they sold it with that dirty of oil. Overall, it is a fine vehicle but I don't think we will purchase from them again.

Upon them trying to get in touch with me, the email address they provided to me (and online) does not work. To me, that means it's only for show. I've learned and won't shop here again or recommend them to anyone I know.

After 3 months of searching for a vehicle, I thought I had found the one I was looking for. I emailed and called for more information (I live out of town). A finance person called me back but couldn't help with my questions. A salesman was supposed to contact me but no one did. I called back with no answer and tried again the next morning only to find out that the vehicle had just sold at 10:30 that morning - very disappointed, had cash available for purchase.
