The car I was looking at had some minor cosmetic to the paint but between their unwillingness to yield to a discount and exorbitantly high document and hidden fees which added and additional $2000 to the car, there was no way I would be making a purchase at this dealership ever.

While I bought a car, I was somewhat disappointed that this company did not accept personal checks as CarMax does. It also does not help with transportation by delivering the car I purchased to my house. I had to get a driver to share in the transportation. That being said, they did adjust their rules to fit my situation.

The marketing department contacted me quickly, but I never heard back from the sales department as to an "out the door" price for the car. I was interested to know what the grand total would be for the car, including fees, etc. I assumed it must have been sold in the interim, so apparently, there was no point in further discussion.

Associate that called me was not knowledgeable on the vehicle or brand of vehicle I was interested in, did not know which vehicle I had submitted and interest in and he hung up on me. SCAMMERS AND CON ARTISTS. Echo Park lists cars for MUCH lower prices online and then you show up in person and the price is much higher, and on top of that they have predatory lending agreements with a banking network and FORCE YOU TO USE THEIR LENDERS or they REFUSE TO SELL YOU A VEHICLE.
They are a scourge in Charlotte and honestly should be investigated for fraud. Don't believe the positive reviews, most of these people were happily scammed into higher interest rates, unfavorable loans and higher prices than advertised!
