I live this place. You get to talk to a real person when you call for an appointment. There usually is a short time til you can be scheduled. The check in is efficient and prompt and my inspection was completed in about 20 minutes. No big sales pitch to add more services. Clean comfortable waiting area. Big and more technology is not necessarily Better. I prefer a personal touch with real people in a smaller environment.

I was trying to negotiate a better price for a Cadillac they have on there website. The guy on the phone wouldn't budge, didnt even wanna hear a price from me. I did tell him the 22 yr old car wasn't worth the 6 grand. But he did mention he put a motor in it. And then I really didnt want the car.
