Had a car that I wanted. Said it was to old to ship???? So I said I would provide my own shipping. But they said that is fine but you would have to come to Dallas to finalize the paperwork??? People I talked to were very nice and quick to respond but company needs to review there way of doing business. Too bad because I really wanted that car.

They didnt answer questions on if they would provide front and back of title to my credit union or do drafting from the credit union either. Their site said "delivery and no contact sales". They didnt provide the answer to why their ad said that but didnt didnt offer it. No communication after my questions.

The call center is amazing. They are wonderfully helpful however when you try to speak with the dealership it is awful. I kept getting the run around and no one would ever call me back. I ended up taking my business to a different local dealership due to the poor service.

Why don't they accept cheque's from outside bank's which offer less APR is not acceptable,
They do have good deals but those are negated by the APR's they give out, they are not of any benefit to the customer's, you'll end up losing money from them if you choose they financing.

My mixed feelings stems from the fact that I was not provided with a second key less faub nor the owners manual for the car. In instances when a car is purchased from the dealership these are two items that are usually provided. If not the owner's manual a second key is provided.

They have a 2008 Porsche Boxster advertised as a Limited Edition. However the 2008 Boxster Limited Edition is a six-speed manual and also in a special race team orange color; which their adviertised car is not. So I contacted them to advise I suspected they are advertising a Limited Edition in error. However they continue to advertise as a Limited Edition. So having been advised, they may be falsely advertising the vehicle to the public.
