The repair needed was major - 1 of the 2 motors in our EV had to be replaced. Luckily it was covered by warranty (only a month or so to spare). There have been some significant issues with our ID.4, most different from the prior but far more than expected. The loaner car was very basic and not at all similar - we drive a SUV and was given a small sedan. The service manager was good.

This place is very pleasant to deal with, and I'm not usually easy to please. The staff is friendly and thorough, and the pricing is fair. I am fairly capable of working on my car myself, but the convenience and pricing is fair enough that sometimes it's worth having the service department take care of things when I'm busy.

I showed up without an appointment for an oil change and they were courteous and accommodating. Although I waited for about 90 minutes, the facilities are comfortable and there is complimentary coffee and snacks. The waiting area could benefit from some updating since it looks outdated and unkempt. Once the service was done, the friendly staff directed me to my car which had been washed. Overall a positive experience for a walk-in.

This dealer tends to underpromise and over deliver. They gave me a time when my car would be ready and to my surprise it was ready a couple hour before hand. The only complaint I have is the loaner they gave me needed some tending too. (Maintenance and a cleaning) other than that it was a great experience

My only comment is that a Full Complimentary Car wash (include cleaning/vacuuming the inside too) would have been a much better service... since they are already cleaning the outside, might as well go another step further, right? As always, the staff were great, starting from the car drop off, to the pick up. Had some delays due to the wrong part was received, but overall, they did an awesome job! I have been a VW car lover since 2010 & all my 3 CCs Sports were from them. I feel very comfortable trusting them with my car, which is very important to me.

I recently had some bodywork done and decided to take a look at the car before signing the paperwork. Upon inspection I found that I was being charged for a piece of trim that wasnt replaced and another piece of trim wasnt reinstalled correctly. They quickly made it right and the car now looks good as new, but left me wondering how this could have happened and how many others have had similar problems?
