Service itself was just fine, but when they give the car a wash at the end, it isn't dried and as a result I had water spots on the glass and paint when I arrived home. I'd be willing to pay extra for that bit of detailingplus the wheels weren't touched either.

Ryan Smith is a great service advisor whose judgment I can always rely upon. The service department even rinses off your car at the end, but it'd be really nice if they'd also towel off the water afterwards.

I got my car back with a missing windshield wiper, cracked windshield where missing wiper was located, noise coming from behind my dashboard, cracked molding on dashboard that got broken while replacing airbag and I'm still waiting for that molding to come in. The manager was very helpful Listened to my problem and assured me li will be fixed even though it would takes several days. Dropped the car off the night prior and got it back the following day, as promised. The cost came in a little under the estimate. They applied the vet discount so that was really appreciated. Everything is running smoothly. And a software recall was taken care of. Always great work done there.

Extremely slow service/poor communication, car kept overnight with a scheduled (10:30am) appointment to replace battery. Did not receive a call on status of vehicle after four hours. I called and was told they could not get to it because they are too busy. Did not provide a loaner car.

Technically, service is good but getting through to actually make an appointment is very difficult as the receptionist does not answer the phone and voicemails. Only way is through the website which is unsatisfactory or to get through to the service manager which is difficult also.

asked service mngr to inspect front passenger wheel for loud noise. no inspection done. local shop inspected and replaced wheel bearing two days later. this is pattern with them. waited seven for an oil change.excuse lost my car in que.given a loaner car with 20 miles left on the range indicator. i could go on but you get picture

Dealer did not respect my request to ONLY contact me about a GLC with ALL the options I wanted. They wasted my and their time AND alienated a long time Mercedes buyer I am still in the market for that GLC but I do not want waste my time with with this dealer

Update: issue resolved as it was covered under warranty. Boyce, John and AJ provided great service. Took my 2009 e350 certified (CPO ) warranty car for a brake fluid flush as I had replaced the pads and rotors (bought 2 front drilled from dealership) with the help of a local brake only shop. On the way out, my bill says front axle shaft needs attention. Customer denied. never consulted or informed.
