They were friendly in a businesslike sorta way & up front about what they could & couldnt do. For example, I wanted a remote start on the Acura RDX that I test drove, but they said I would have to do it on my own because they couldnt guarantee it would work. I might also add that they used my test drive to their advantage. There was a 2nd RDX that I was interested in, but it was at their repair shop. Since one of the guys at the lot was with me on the test drive of Acura #1, he directed me to the repair shop. Since I wasnt familiar with the area & I had driven to the shop, I asked if he wanted to drive back. He replied that he was picking another vehicle up (not the one I was interested in, mind you, but a totally different vehicle!) So they used me (without my permission) to transport their employee to the repair shop under the guise of showing me the other vehicle I was interested in, (which was parked behind another vehicle, wasnt cleaned & Im not even sure it ran), to pick up a totally different vehicle they wanted on their lot. A heads up wouldve been nice. It was a little cheeky & off putting to use a potential customer like that, so, if you go there for a test drive, map your own route or be prepared to be used as transport! LolIm not kidding, you just cant make this stuff up!
