Got a phone quote for $370 for work on my Buick. I scheduled an appointment . When I arrived I verified the price and found out the price was $520. Needless to say I did not have the work done, My advice is , Verify the price before you have them do any work on your car.

They identified the problem and fixed my brakes, but they charged me $500 for a part that was widely available from GM certified part stores fir $300 or less. And i needed 2 of them! Car dropped off on a thursday, i okayed work on Friday but never heard anything the rest of that dsy. Called Monday and was tild it would be done byvend of the day, but then wrong parts arrived and had to be reordered and then finished that Tuesday.

I am very pleased with the service department. They were willing to schedule an appointment quickly because my Jeep had become completely unaccessible. They performed a thorough diagnostic service to ensure that there were no hidden problems: the problem was caused by a defective battery, which they replaced. I am happy with their service & their explanations of the problem. They are customer friendly & competent.

My car broke down and it was towed to Dan Cummins. It took them over 3 weeks to even LOOK at my car. Then another 3-4 days to actually repair it. That part was covered by my warranty. I was then charged $257 for an oil change, filter change, and windshield wiper blades. I did agree to these services AFTER I was told that the pice I was signing to wasnt the correct price. That price is ridiculous.

One month out for service! So I had to fix myself and when I finally got it in they forgot to install my transmission fill plug so had to go back and installed it my self ! So I will probably never purchase from Dan Cummins ever again and I have bought several cars from them . Can t go a month with no ride

I had an oil change. Tier rotation and front wipers replaced. All done in about 35 to 40 minutes. The service was great. Ryan was very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered. Great service.
