My 60k service was completed without a hitch. My "factory notice" regarding the DCM potentially placing a draw on my battery was checked and confirmed to be an issue. Dahl updated my DCM and replaced my battery under warranty! I'm a very satisfied customer!

The dealership charged me $125 to analyze my vehicle the added $25 in environmental fees which I was never informed about. I was quoted a price of $2900 and had the issue fixed elsewhere for less than $300. That is a $2600 difference. I would not recommend buying or fixing any vehicle from them

The check in process was good, The work performed was also good But the customer lounge is really lacking! there was no popcorn and I did ask but it seems only 1 person knew how or was willing to make some. there is no extra amenities like the dahl subaru waiting area.

Original intention was for an oil change. However, while driving to Dahl the check engine light came on. Pulled into the bay and while there were many cars ahead of us, the service crew did get our car quickly into the service bay to work on the issue. Oil change completed as well as the check engine light serviced. In and out in a relatively short period of time. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

I believe it was a bot that answered my original inquiry. We were in the area that day, and after texting about the car, we drove through their lot. That vehicle was no where to be found. We didn't have time to stop, so we had to leave, for the next appointment.

When I entered the shop, I was the third car in line of three for an oil change. I then waited 2+ hours before I used the text that appears when all the paper work is completed to wait. When no one answered that, I went back into the service department to find that my car was finished. I think that i will find another place to go.

I had a low tire pressure light go on the night before. I called and they said I could bring it right in. The computer in the car showed me which tire it was. They checked it and had to replace the valve stem. It was covered under warranty. No charge. The tire has been fine now.

Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. Dahl Hyundai got my car in quickly and quickly got me the good news that the problem was covered under warranty by Hyundai. Answered all my questions and encouraged me to call back if I needed anything else.

Waste of time. Maintenance check was never done. They didnt even fill my washer fluid. Oil change was forgotten about and needless to say a tune up was also never done. This is not the first time they have forgotten to do something to my car. Unfortunately this will be the last time I get any service done at Dahl Subaru.

Excellent communication and they helped coordinate several appointments for different services so that I could get everything done in one day. I accidentally left something behind in my car that I needed for work while they worked on my vehicle and the shuttle driver actually delivered it for me. That was totally above and beyond and much appreciated!!! Great people and great service!!
