At first the gentleman I spoke with didn't care to help as he said I had to wait at least a week for an appointment. I had to ask to speak to a manager who was awesome and explained that he was back up in service but based on the nature of my needs he would try to fit me in and he did. If the original service guy was as warm and caring as the manager I would rate 5 stars.
