Very easy process. I called a few days prior to me arriving completed everything over the phone and email even signing the papers. I was coming from Salisbury Maryland so it was a 3-hour drive there to pick the vehicle up. I was at the dealership maybe an hour to go over my new truck and get everything set up then was on my way home. Great bunch of people. Will definitely recommend and shop there in the future.

Great service for running board installation. Still have not received a West Virginia license plate. Still have not heard about the tailgate replacement, we were promised at purchase due to damage of the tailgate at purchase. Looking forward to license plate and tailgate. KBB
