My car was picked up and a loaner delivered. I had a service light that was on and I thought it would be under warranty. Dan Pelletier called me from the Service Department to tell me that a varmint ate wires under my car. He sent me pictures and assisted me with the process of making an insurance claim and kept me abreast of the progress. In addition, he also made sure a factory recall was handled while my car was in the shop.
