The wait took over two hours for just an alignment... The young technician also quoted me over 5,000 and said they couldn't finish my alignment because my subframe was too rusted.. took it to a different mechanic and they said there is nothing wrong with my subframe and that he would do the alignment for me. Bad service experience won't be back.

I was very pleased overall with the quality of service I received under the management of Jacob. He took responsibility for an oversight that caused me to have to return a couple days later so that my new tires would arrive. He got me in quickly, and arranged for transportation home and back; as well as all the extra maintenance I needed It was a very pleasant experience, and my car drives beautifully now.

Car had (check engine light) come on..Shop kept car 3 days saying needed new plugs. They had to special order plugs. Charged $525.00 for this service. The car (Check engine light )came back on when going home. They had the car 9 days and can not correct problem.

AC System has decreased in it's effectiveness. Submitted vehicle for analysis and for periodic maintenance. Service was quite rapid and found a leaking radiator diagnosed as causing poor AC performance. Had Radiator replaced by private shop and am now analyzing AC performance.

My husband and I drove almost an hour away from home to have a recall issue resolved. After making an appointment with Crenshaw, we arrived on time. 20 minutes later we were called and advised that they did not have the part needed, and would have to order it. No idea of the time frame. We dont understand why they didnt know this in advance and why no one there ever apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience.

Service folks were ready for my car and took in right in. Had a 10K maintenance, tire rotation and balance and full alignment. All done in about 2 hours, with phone calls to give me updates (I was not in the waiting room). Quick, reliable, friendly service. Pleasure to do business with them. I drive up from Sumter, SC for my car's benefit !

I will say that myCARFAX let me know about the recall on my car weeks before the actual dealership did. Once I got the alert, I immediately contacted my nearest Hyundai dealership to make the appointment to get this recall issue taken care of. Even though it took Crenshaw Hyundai a while to get the part in, they took car of the problem at hand.

The service took way longer than it should, the communication about the service was poor, we had to keep calling before closing each night to get an update, and when we finally got the car back the check engine light was on due them not hooking everything back up properly. Poor service all around, take your car elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
