Wish I could only review the service dept because the front desk people absolutely suck but the techs in the back that actually put hands on, those guys are awesome. The customer relations manager, Rick, is a real good guy also

And so much patience with an old addlepated woman.....they don't just provide a shiny well-repaired vehicle, they make me feel like I deserve the best service possible & they tie themselves in knots to provide it

In & out in no time! Unexpected & very much appreciated was that car wash...my Santa Fe looked so good, I didn't even recognize it! Everyone @ Crain so courteous, cheerful, helpful. Can't imagine ever dealing with any other dealership. 5 stars isn't enough; they deserve an entire constellation.

The service on my car was great. I did feel uncomfortable about the safety surrounding COVID. There was little mask wearing from employees and customers. I sat outside because I felt uncomfortable being inside the showroom or the waiting room for the service department.

Our family has bought our last three cars at Crain Hyundai in Fayetteville. We go back for the excellent customer service we receive from the sales floor to the general manager they definitely have created a winning culture at this location. Service is always impeccable. Scheduling is easy, drop off is quick. Great friendly team as well. Would recommend this location for all your needs. Thank you Crain.

Since I'm making this review on CARFAX and they are saying my maintenance is overdue, Crain service department needs to detail out their reports. "Vehicle serviced" apparently does not mean an oil change was done. Either CARFAX needs to recognize the "vehicle serviced" as oil change or Crain has to list it differently. Please fix my report.

I normally have a GREAT experience with this company. Took my car for a diagnostic to find out why the AC keeps turning on by itself. Left without any answer as to why or without any paperwork being offered that i normally get with an oil change... but other issues were brought up. I feel like I threw away $140 to get no answers for my main concern. Not happy with this particular visit.
