Problem was with tire pressure signal on. Seemed resolved, but the signal didn't go off. Back 2 days later, no appointment and they took the car back right away. Everyone was so courteous, and they really listened to me. May have taken longer to get resolved, but they wanted to get it right. They always do work with me, consistent in quality and always a welcoming staff.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I had some light shopping I needed to do at the Sam's Club located close to the dealership and they kindly dropped me off and when my car was ready picked me up which was really appreciated- I didn't have to sit in a crowded waiting room, got some steps in and accomplished another item on my to do list win win

I made the appointment online few days before. Drove right up for the appointment, they took care of me right away, kept me updated regarding the work that is being done. The mechanic also did a video of what he did to the car and his recommendation regarding the car. Very helpful, will take my car again.

Service was good, the only issue was the passenger seat was filthy when I picked the car up. Most likely the techs clothes were full of salt and dirt from performing his job.
I know they make seat covers. When conditions are such as the techs clothing is filthy, seat covers should be used.
Other than that, the service part was great.

Good service rep at check in. This is the third Toyota battery I've had to replace. The last two counting this one in the past 2 1/2 years and it was only covered for 50%. I then had to pay the other half to get it replaced. Good service but prices are higher than most

It was incredibly busy and i had a 7:30am appt. Everyone was friendly and working 2, however, there were some problems:
3 hrs long appt.
Wrong ticket on car/couldnt find keys.
No communication during service.
When they found my car key did not give me any general directions to locate.
No offer to wash or rinse as they usually do.

I asked the service representative to look at my trunk that had a loose latch and he made it worse my handed be screw latch and saying that my car needed to go to the bodyshop. I also requested a car wash but it wasn't done until I insisted-the service representative, Andy, said that he didn't want to take the risk of water getting into the trunk.

Easy in and easy out. Went in for maintenance agreement oil change and tire rotation and discovered that I also needed a brake system flush and AWD fluid and lube due to age of vehicle (5 years) and an air bag sensor recall. All of the work was done in three hours as promised.

The 5000 m service took about 1hr. and done on time. The exterior was washed. I would like to have someone explain all the options on the dashboard. The selling dealer did not take enough time when it was delivered, I do not find it "intuitive" as the selling dealer's salesman claimed.

Technician performing maintenance inspection inspected cabin filter *& recommended it be replaced.
The technician failed to put the cabin filter back along with the cover & reinstalling the glove compartment.
I informed the customer service person, and the technician was informed. The technician reinstalled the cabin filter, cover & glove compartment immediately. This lack of oversite was an inconvenience to the experience.

They don't deserve a single star! Took my car in for a diagnostic test that they could not perform or do at all. what they did do is play guessing games and now I am out of hundreds of dollars because of their false recommendations. Avoid this place, they will rape your wallet!!
