I have been going to Colonial Cadillac for about 5 years now. And I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. The expert technicians get the job done and get a done right the first time. If you have a nice car and you want to keep it nice I highly recommend Colonial Cadillac for all of your service needs.

My faith in going to the dealership to get my car repaired has been restored is the reason I go to Colonial Cadillac, repairs are done right by trained technicians and not by a repair person that works in a gas station or garage across town, personal are very polite and knowledgeable about your needs.

Grease along the side of my car never wiped down. Bought new wiper blades when I checked they were 2 different wiper blades. If I did not check my car before leaving would have had to make a return trip. Also I told them I think I have a slow leak in my drivers side front tire they just checked the valve stem and said that their was no leak. I have lost 3 lbs of pressure in that tire in 10 days I have made another appointment

Peter the service manager was great. I gave them 3 stars because one of the things that was supposed to be fixed was not. The other reason is when you buy a Cadillac they tell you about the great perks, like when you bring your car in they will vacuum and wash it. Which has not happened the last 3 times it was in, this time I did not bother to ask why.

The same reliable service I have always received from Colonial. They were quite willing to schedule a service visit at my convenience, and they performed the work while I waited. Getting a complimentary car wash and interior vacuum was also a big plus.

I have been a loyal customer of Colonial Cadillac (and formerly Olsen Cadillac) for 20 years. I have always received excellent work,always prompt, and never anything "unexpected" needing to be done. Special mention to coordinator Denise Leigh for always going the extra mile to assure I get the best possible service and care. I was able to make a same-day appointment online quickly and easily.

My 2017 CT6 needs front end work. The parts are on back order and the dealership wants me to pay for the entire job up front. I wouldn't mind paying for the job up front if I knew when the parts were coming in, but that's a lot of money to put up and just wait indefinitely until General Motors forwards the parts to Colonial Cadillac. Definitely not happy with that rule of Colonial Cadillac.
