Talked on phone about the car I was interested in,Mitsubishi Eclipse for at least 20 minutes.Told me they just got the car in and would call me back after their service department checked it over.Never called me back,text or email.I can see why now they have such a low review score .Also $795 process fee and $385 doc fee......absurd.

I was told the car was in transit when I inquired to see/buy and I would receive a call when in inventory. Then was told it was sold on a follow up call before it's expected arrival. Bait n switch? I'm finding this a lot with Carfax dealers. I might be better off buying on eBay to avoid the games.
