I was told the car was in transit when I inquired to see/buy and I would receive a call when in inventory. Then was told it was sold on a follow up call before it's expected arrival. Bait n switch? I'm finding this a lot with Carfax dealers. I might be better off buying on eBay to avoid the games.

I was a little bit disappointed as I had gone to look at a different car and was told it had been sold earlier that day. A phone call informing me would have been the polite thing to do, as I had set an appointment to test drive that particular car. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle anyway, but good customer service should have followed up with me beforehand. They also have not reached out since I bought the car, which is another minus, so hence the 3 star rating.
