I ran over a roofing nail and punctured a tire the day before I was to leave for vacation. I had the car towed to Cocoa Hyundai. My service specialist, Cameron, called me the next day to explain what was needed to replace it. When I told him that I wouldn't be able to pick up the car until my return 10 days later, he said no problem, they would store it for me.

Arrived at 3:40 for an oil change. Suggested $1800 worth of additional work on a vehicle with less than 20,000 miles. I appreciated being told the recommended work was due to the age of my car. Fair price on tires but not so sure of the $ on transmission fluid exchange and cooling system. Seems over priced. However, promised to have all work completed by 5:30. Out the door by 5:15. Much appreciated.

If you are looking for the most customer friendly / flexible dealership for service this is it. They always have slots for service and move you in and out as fast as possible. I have never waited more than a hour for oil change / tire rotation and usually was in and out in 45 minutes. They pulled me forward this last time when there was an opening.

They really took the extra time to listen and follow through on checking and making things right. I use to use coastal hyundai, there just to busy and cant handle the volume of work. you would expect when you make an appt. weeks in advance they should be able to do the work in a timely matter. The people are great there, my time is valuable to me.

No problems with the service itself being done, car is not left dirty, they are pretty quick. Really bad upsell on unnecessary things, saying the cabin filter is needing to be changed when i did it myself recently so they clearly didn't even look, fuel induction service on a 15k mi car for 400+ dollars come on guys lets get real.

I was towed in on a Saturday late morning from the cruise port. They were super helpful, kind and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I needed a new battery and starter and decided while there for that emergency service to go ahead and do the regular maintenance (which I had an appt for in Clermont on Tuesday).
