3/17/2026 St Patrick's Day I took my car for my annual oil change and maintenance check. Lee was the service representative that helped me. He was awesome. He explained everything I needed and showed kindness, patience and professionalism.Never any pressure. Phillip was off but Lee was fantastic. This is why I always use Clay Cooley in Rockwall for all my service and maintenance on my 2018 Santa Fe Sport that I bought new from them.

This Hyundai dealership made me feel like a part of the family! Leeland was very helpful in getting me in right away to assess my car issue. Additionally, the whole service team, including needing a rental, since it was going to take a day or so to figure out what is causing my car problem, were so kind and helpful. My transmission went out right before the holidays, thankfully it was under warranty. I had it towed to Clay Cooley in Rockwall, the service was a 10! From start to finish they were very friendly and kept me informed of the process. Teresia was great!! However, it states the car was washed and detailed, it was not. I know it was free, but don't put in the paperwork that you did something you didn't do.

The personnel on duty were very helpful and courteous. The one negative is that the vehicle was not washed when returned. One negative regarding the Palisade is rear shocks were replaced when they were found to be leaky/noisy. This seems a bit early (about 47K miles)

My service advisor, Jenifer Ohlemacher, helped with the warranty and the solution to the issue. I was given a loaner while the service was being done on my car. I was waited on quickly when I arrived at the service area, and was apprised of the progress being made to determine the problem.
