I had 4 tires replaced, balanced, and an alignment. The tires were replaced in less than two hours. However the alignment took over two and a half hours. When I got the car back, the seat adjustment was off, the speedometer display was changed and there was a grease smudge on the driver's visor. Though the staff was courteous. Normally I am very happy with the service. This was the first time I was disappointed.

We were verbally told the car has an oil leak. Nothing in writing. Instead of finding the leak an offering a repair, we had to make an appointment for next to drop the car off for the day to access the problem.
Looks like it is possibly a valve cover gasket. Should have been easy to diagnose while they were under the car for the oil change.

She listened to the 40,000 service I want done writes it down, my truck goes in for regular service and latter on Kayla came to me and told what needed to be do on the 40,000 service, I want it done while I'm waiting, truck is done I pay the bill, I drive home happy!
All the service staff are friendly and take time to talk to me!

The 2022 dodge ram 1500 has had a defect from the beginning and dodge does not have a fix for the problem. The dealership in Crestview does not want to make it right, by giving me a refund or trading vehicles. I think this is an issue that will have to be settled in court. Upon research of this defect, I do not suggest buying a 19-22 dodge ram e-torque truck or using Chrysler dodge jeep ram Crestview dealership.

My main reason for bringing my trucknin was a shake in front end. The problem was not addressed and told to make another appointment in which a few days later I bought a new set of tires from walmart and problem was fixed, it was tread seperation. But nobody investigated it. Chances are I may not return for business.

Just to get a bumper replaced and painted it's been in 5 times....don't worry still not done. My technician left and then no one follows up.
Truck has been in 3 times for shutting down and putting me in an unsafe position
