My car was appraised at about 60% of the KBB value due to bug damage on the front bumper (which there is none) and hail damage which i couldn't see because I wasn't looking at it from the right angle! The appraiser is wasting his talents working for a Ford dealership. He ought to be working for carnival instead.

We hate to hear you were not happy with the appraisal. Eric has been appraising cars for over 20 years now so even though you disagree with what your car may be worth we feel he has a fine eye for the little details that can negatively impact the value of a car that the average person may miss. I've noticed you have continued to put in leads for more information since this occurred and was wondering why you would do this if we offended you so badly. I am all for trying to resolve any of the rare issues we have with the occasional dissatisfied customer, but if you are willing to take the time to mock my longtime friend and sales manager online I am not sure there is much chance of us bridging any gaps to reach an amicable solution. We do thank you for the opportunity to work with you and hope you would consider reevaluating your review. Either way good luck finding the deal you seek.
