I thought the technician was suppose to check brakes and I did not have tires rotated and paid almost the same for a tire rotation. I believe I was charged wrong, not by the cashier, just Champion trying to rip off people. I did have $5.00 because of my GM rewards program. The cashier was extremely nice.

The Service Advisors and all the service department employees are great. They check you in and keep you updated on the progress and any other issues that need to be addressed. I have used Champions Service Department many times over the years after purchasing Chevrolet and Cadillac cars. Shout out to Advisor Grant for his help during this visit.

I had to wait 8 weeks for apointment to have my truck transmission serviced.i arrived at 9:00 am as scheduled but never got my truck until 5:00 pm that evening. I was told a tech called in sick. I had to go speak with service mgr. I was told before service that it was a 3 hr job.
