I had my vehicle in for the annual state inspection. The inspection was done promptly and fairly. Years ago I took my vehicle to a local service shop for the inspection and they almost always failed it for brakes. In my opinion, there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Since I have had my vehicles inspected at Castilone, the inspections have been done fairly.

Car went in for DTCM update, brake work check and an alignment. I was told I needed new tires and that the alignment wouldn't help the nosie I was hearing or make it drive all that much straighter but they did it anyways. My steering wheel was off 1 clock hour and they told me new tires would fix it. New tires did not fix it and I needed to get yet another alignment afterwards

Windshield tint was repaired due to oil change sticker being removed causing tint issue. Tint must be a different manufacturer. Its lighter then passenger side. Very noticeable with sunglasses on. No the car dealers tint, it was a 3rd party, Ziebart, whom I do not like.

I asked when I made my appointment for a recall if the parts were in stock. I was told they were and the work would take about an hour. When I came for my appointment I was told it would be at least 2 hours, the 30 minutes later I was told not all the parts were there and I would have to return for a second appointment! Oh, and the first appointment still took 2 hours.
