We sent an inquiry and Carman was fast to respond. We set up a time to see it via emails. Again, great response time from Carman staff. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted to see was pending sale and hadn't been taken off Carfax yet. Carman sent a message as soon as they realized it. They've sent a few emails asking if there was anything else they can help us with. Great response and follow ups on their part, for sure.

Contacted them by email and never received a reply concerning the availability of a Lincoln Navigator L- on whether or not it was still for sale. Carman was the only one of several dealers to ignore my email!! Furthermore, husband again saw the car listed online, the price was suddenly over $4,000.00 MORE !!!
