I'm so impressed with this dealership. I spoke with Ray and put a deposit down on the car. My daughter and I drove from WRJCT Vermont to buy this car (2013 Honda pilot) Ray was a pleasure to work with and his father was a great source of information. They were easy to talk with and Ray said to my daughter you may want to thank your momma for the best interest rate I have seen in awhile. We drove the car home and the next day my daughter went and registered it and Father Ray called her and said oh I'm sending you the visor for the passenger side that we ordered. Hi Scott, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, though we have to respectfully clarify the record here, as it doesn't match our correspondence. We did receive and respond to your emails regarding the 2009 Toyota RAV4. Your first inquiry was answered promptly, and we let you know the vehicle was a pending sale at that time. We also sent over a list of similar vehicles we had coming in that might have fit what you were looking for. You then followed up with an out-the-door offer of $9,500, which would have required us to come down over $5,500 from our asking price including sales tax etc. We responded to that offer and let you know we respectfully had to decline, as it wasn't something we could accommodate. Your third message came six days later, still asking about the same RAV4, which had already been sold by that point. We take pride in responding to every inquiry that comes through, and we did so here on three separate occasions. We understand it can be frustrating when a vehicle you're interested in sells before a deal comes together, but we want to be clear that "no reply" isn't an accurate description of what took place.
