Mostly satisfied; however, I'm disappointed that my new vehicle is not adaptable to my old garage door opening system. Since I cannot find my old garage door remote control, I have to get off the new vehicle and open the door on rainy days -which we seem to have regularly now. Also, the front windshield wipers don't seem to clean the windshield as good as my former vehicle. Otherwise, ok!

I found unknown 1/2 inch squares on my driveway near rt front tire-I had know idea what this was. I took my Subaru in & asked Jason "what it was?" It was magnets to balance my tires. Needless to say they were able to take my vehicle immediately & found out that ALL balancing magnets were off of every tire. They balanced all 4 tires and I was ready to go...So very thankful for their immediate response!!

I made an appointment for a state inspection for 9am on Saturday August 10th. I handed my keys to the Service Mgr. at 8:55. I then sat for 45 minutes before my car was brought in for inspection. Not completed, but wheeled in to start the inspection. 45 minutes. Why bother giving out appointment times if they are totally meaningless?
