Great service department! Christine was a great! Her and the tech looked for problem, found and fixed it. They listened unlike Heritage Cadillac that just wanted to sell maintenance services for the future now and never fixed the problem. Naperville also found $2000 of warranty work and did it! Dont waste your time and go elsewhere! Naperville is the only place to go!!!! Thanks you!!!

Wheels were photographed for possible warranty claim. Car WAS NOT SERVICED, AND WAS NOT WASHED AND DETAILED. Dealership was very professional, and we will recommend them in the future. After research, problem was not under warranty. No work to be done on this visit.

The tech check-up was great. They got me in and out PDQ. My only complaint is that they did not check out my service engine light issue. They wanted $150 to check that out. I think that they should have checked it out as a part of the tech check-up, and then I would have gotten the service done there.

Price was fair, for all repairs- I compared other dealerships pricing. be for going to Naperville Cadillac-Communication was on point. I was not satisfied regarding a head light bulb -needed repair or Changing price $300.00 for $50 bulbs -the car was having tires rotated- bulbs can be reached in the wheel well. The tech insisted the entire light need to be removed. We changed both bulbs at home this could have been rectified at the dealership easier way then removing 1/2 of the front end to get to the light bulb. according to the tech. Otherwise good service!
