This dealership is adding fake carfax history records with fake odometer readings. We sold our car to a third party, cts ended up with is and is adding back issued service records from when we owned the car with fake odometer readings. This car had the odometer rolled back

Both Frank and Andy are great to deal with. Andy is the only mechanic that works on my Super Duty, and I am never disappointed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a shop that you can trust to NOT upsale you and to give you an honest assessment of your vehicle's troubles.

i found their prices for repairs to be slightly above what i expected. But was surprised by some of their diagoses that i did not agree with. for example I was told all brake pads were close to being with in a few MM of being worn out ( I had brake pad wear checked at another shop and shown the actual thickness, it was twice what I was told from the CTS shop ) but most of all, when I returned home i found a lug nut missing I checked others on the same wheel and they were all "Hand Tight" or loose. Worst of all this was all on the front left wheel ! ! ! ! !
