Jason in parts was very nice and helpful, but service dept was HORRIBLE. Plus, there's a blonde lady behind the service rep that made me feel very uncomfortable. She would stare and roll her eyes at me. I usually don't submit reviews, but the community should be aware and just use them with caution or go to Ventura (great experience at Paradise Chevorlet). I was forced to provide two stars to submit the experience.

Technician took my vehicle to his house to los angeles, kept it over night without my consent or notifying me . I found out with my smart driver feature of my Chevy app, and then the service adviser lied to his supervisor about getting my authorization for overnight road test. Requested the service manager to review camaras of when I picked up my vehicle and confronted the service adviser and he acknowledges not notifying Me but manager did not do try to and just ignored me and cover up the truth my app feature also showed the diving conditions in where the technician drove my car , in which he was wracklessly driving over the speed limit at over 80 mph

I brought my truck in to get an oil change and tires rotated. I got a text from my service advisor that my transmission oil, front and rear differential and transfer case oil were extremely dirty and would cost me $860 or so to change all of the fluids. I just got my transmission and rear differential done 8000 miles prior to this visit. When I questioned the service advisor about the dirty trans and rear diff oil he gave me excuses. I wont be coming back here to service my vehicle.
