I have been trying to get an estimate settled and my car repaired, but the dealership and the repair location seem to be separate business'. The car was apparently at the shop and then was returned to the dealer, causing me to have to arrange a ride home if I bring it in for repair.

Every time I got my vehicle back from this dealership, it was problem after problem and when I went to go pick my car up, they left my car running in idle. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody word of advice. They are not BBB accredited your best bet is to find one that is They hire entry-level technicians that don't know anything about cars versus the veteran mechanics.

The service and end results were great! The only issue was a scheduling problem, which made the whole job take much longer than we anticipated. Besides that, we still think Briggs service dept is great, and we will continue to have all the work on both our Outback's there.

1st of all I had to make an appt for Saturday oil change & service because I was leaving town & it was the only time available. Shop doesn't have a full crew on Saturday. I asked if my tires were rotated. Was told yes with a little hesitation. I don't think they. I got an email from carfax saying rotation was due a few days later. Also didn't see rotation on my ticket.

Service was completed quickly. I was surprised that my car wasn't washed. When I purchased my Subaru I was told that a benefit was that it would be washed every time I brought it in for service or even just stopped in.

The work is always good. When i opened my door it had a great big long and wide grease on the inside of my door. The guy cleaned it off. People that are dirty probably shouldnt work on all white interior cars. Im glad it wasnt on my seat.
