I did not like not getting the inspection report. The price is way too high. I am still trying to get the diesel smell out of the inside of my truck. And also they never washed the engine compartment of after they got diesel all over changing the filter. Really disappointed after having so many years of great service. I probably won't be back.

Brad's CTG Chevy's Service Department has always been top notch. They are professional, fair, and reliable. Then to up their game they go above and beyond to take care of long term customers. They helped my father-law when his old clunker gave up and died right in front of the dealership. They pushed it into the shop, verified it was dead, and allowed him to keep it there until we could dispose of it!

Price quoted did not reflect charges applied. They charge an awful lot of money to diagnose what you already told them was the problem. Service department states rear brakes are needing replaced, multiple other facilities stated front brakes need replaced not rear. Many things did not add up on any of the things that they had to say. Definitely would recommend elsewhere.

The service was done well, the staff were very friendly and polite.
It took longer than expected, the appointment was at 1:30 and they took it back at 2:30. Not a deal breaker for sure but worth noting. Overall they were a good company to work with and our original salesmen, Alan, made sure we had hot popcorn and were comfortable.
We will be back for other services when they come due.

I was treated ok so far. The 2003 dodge ram pickup turned out to be one that had been sold earlier and not taken off the internet.i went down to the dealership and spoke with them and told them what i was looking for and i am currently waiting for information on another truck. Haven't heard back from them yet,so we will see just how it goes.

The service team notified me of the problem and the probable cause. As it turned out the cause was their responsibility which they fixed immediately at no charge to me.
