Went initially just to purchase wiper blades replacements per dealer coupon. Service Advisor , Clayton Swartz, alerted me to dealer special program which included wiper blades and installation at substantial savings. Also was able to schedule factory recall service for back up camera . Great service!

Very disappointed. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, mind you had an appointment and told them I was in the waiting room and did not want to wait all day like last time. Two hours go by I go check on my car and it had not even been on the rack. Needless to say, I was furious. Had to get the service manager involved this has happened numerous times will be leery about returning for service.

OMG! This is the second time I went to get a oil change and wheel rotation that it took over 2 hours, and this is with an appointment! Service manager would not return call, instead had a receptionist to call after I left 2 messages. I will be definitely looking for a new dealership for my services.
