Called me at 130 needs rear rotors and pads...Called at 330pm truck ready & $685...shouldn't have tied up my vehicle for 8 hours to do a 2 hour brake job and not sure why the diagnostic fee when I told them brake job and handed coupons for brake specials

I was inform that it hadn't even been looked at yet and would not be ready until Tuesday. I don't know why you even have to make an appointment if that's the best they can do
