I went in for an oil/filter, transmission fluid and brake fluid change, 4 new tires and alignment. They had specials that I was able to capitalize on. Money saved is always a plus. The wait time at the dealership wasn't bad at all. The service tech was awesome; very attentive. Friendly staff. This was my second visit at this location and I have no complaints.

The only reason I am giving Bob Howards service a 1 star rating is they entered our mileage WRONG and said they would correct it for the records.
My car had 6,883 miles NOT 68,836 miles! I am retired and drive less than normal. They wanted to perform services for that higher mileage and we saw the error was our mileage was entered incorrectly. How do we correct this with Carfax?

Zack was very nice and I rate him 5 stars, however this is the 3rd battery since I purchased the car new in 2017. I would recommend that you purchase a OEM battery rather than letting Honda mess with your car. I anticipate this new battery will only last for two more years. Shame on Honda. Wish there was some type of recall.

Service was provided in a reasonable amount of time. They suggested alignment but did not provide a report indicating how far out of or how well the alignment was after completion. I have come to expect this and not sure why this and other details are not provided standard.

Last time I had the oil changed on this car they did not replace a plastic screw which holds the undercarriage shield in place. Before I left this time I had the Service Adviser crawl under the car to verify it was secure. No complaints and am satisfied.

I was pleased with the service but very disappointed that I had to wait 15 minutes for my scheduled service. Another gentleman pulled up in front of my car on the right and they were eager to help him. I had already been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to check in with me. There was only one person helping in the Bay Area and 2 others were working in their closed sliding glass doors.

I scheduled my appointment days in advance but still had a long wait time. They seemed overbooked and busy. Had oil change and tire rotation. Tire pressure warning came on after leaving. Had to return. Was told tires were overfilled. Pressure was adjusted. Visit took 2 hours. Great customer service. Will continue getting service done here.
