This shop is a joke. They repaired hail damage on my car and I had to take to a different dealership to get it fixed. They bury the clear coat so it started peeling in spots. Didn't put the windshield in correctly so it was leaking into the dash. They refused to honor there work so we had to use a completely different deal shop to fix their mistakes

Had to return to dealer. They failed to check all functions of passenger door after replacing window glass. Door couldn't be opened from inside requiring a second 30 mile trip to dealer from my home. Completing the door repair took only minutes. Very surprised workman did not fully check his work.

Was charged over $110 ro put in two filters that took 3mins to replace and the parts cost $40. Was told they would charge $109 to tell me the wiper fluid motor was out. I fixed this issue for $32 myself in 20mins. They were going to charge $109 before any work was done at all. Who knows what they would have actually charged. This place has become sp unethical and greedy it's ridiculous.

In under an hour, my oil was changed, tires rotated, and two of three open recalls were corrected. Outstanding service from everyone at the dealership! If I lived here, Blake Utter would be my choice for auto service.

Blake Utter offers the best deals 39 oil change with motorcraft oil and filter. They even rotate your tires and do a brake check. They found one of my tires was bad and thats why my van was shaking so they put on the spare tire for me until they could get another tire ordered for me.
