I did not have a service appointment when arriving with a dead battery in the afternoon. They replaced the battery and also completed an oil change, tire rotation and washed the vehicle all in the same day. I had my vehicle back that same afternoon. I was very happy with the service advisor and the technician that worked on my vehicle.

Usually service the honda myself. Hit 100,000 miles so called for recommended service and they said coolant flush. Also had a recall for fuel pump replacement. Scheduled both and they had me in and out quick.
Sure like my 2018 Accord. Hasn't missed a beat.

Oil change was prompt but I had asked when I made appointment to check my lights. I had a 2016 crv with great lights. This 2025 are very dim. Did not check them out and service check out guy acted like I was first person to ever comment on this. He seemed like I just was in his way.

The service was alright but when I scheduled this online it said $39.99 for the oil change. When I went to pay for the oil change it was $78 and on the receipt it said the estimate was $46. It was just an oil change and topping off the windshield washer fluid so I don't know how they made the price almost double what it said it was going to be. This will probably be my last oil change there. The pricing is out of control.
