Marvin Lepp the service adviser hepled us greatly. He got our vehicle into the shop for repair on saturday morning - so we could return to our home base 3.5 hours away. This effort saved us a long return trip to have the warranty work done. Great Job!

The service was alright but when I scheduled this online it said $39.99 for the oil change. When I went to pay for the oil change it was $78 and on the receipt it said the estimate was $46. It was just an oil change and topping off the windshield washer fluid so I don't know how they made the price almost double what it said it was going to be. This will probably be my last oil change there. The pricing is out of control.

Always appreciate that when an appointment is made that the service dept is on time. Had my oil changed was pressed for time and it was done in the time I had and the waiting space is wonderful, clean, great coffee machine with choices, and free snacks. It was a relaxing wait.

We had a transmission problem near Bismarck, ND and was towed into the Nissan dealer. Even though they were short handed that day and fully booked they worked us in and fixed the problem. Marvin Lepp, the service advisor, was very professional and kind. The property was spotless and they provided snacks and beverages. We were back on the road in a couple of hours and completed our journey without any further difficulty.

My Sonata needed a software update. I received a call from Bismarck Motor to let me know about the update and I let them know that I haven't had time to get the vehicle to them. They picked up my car; did the update and returned it - all at no cost to me. That is a level of customer service that just doesn't exist any more!

Easy in . Super service people, wonderful waiting room, has a great size tv/ lots of good snacks, and a wonderful coffee machine with lots of choices to drink. I was told about an hour for the oil change tire rotation and regular maintenance checks . It was done in less than an hour. I will certainly go back for my service needs. The cost was reasonable

Arrived at the service center, was greeted by a technician and my vehicle was immediately driven into the service bay.
The oil and filter change was completed as well as a brake check, tire pressure and tread check, and other items on the multi point check.
They were friendly, courteous and completed the service in a timely manner.

The service was good and the service persons were all kind and listened to any comments I made. The only problem I see is on the written report the fact that rear brakes being replaced was not added. I certainly hope they were as I was charged for them!!!! I am assuming this is only a clerical error. :)

Inconsistent service checks. On the service previous to this one, I was told my brake fluid and transmission fluid needed to be flushed. I refused it because of the high cost. I changed the ATF fluid myself, but did nothing to the brake fluid. This service said the brakes are green.

Replaced Key Fob for autostart system. Service was quick and friendly, and their waiting area is probably the best one in the area. Free pop and cookies, plus deli sandwiches for a small fee. Great wifi.
The only thing holding back a 5th star was, when I came out to the truck, the hood was down but had not been latched.

My husband has always been happy for many years with Brian Curry and the Service Department at Bismarck Motor Company ! I just bought my 2014 SRX from them and even tho I got the windshield damage after my purchase ... They epoxied the chips right away ! I love them : )
