Tires rotated, oil changed. They mixed my ticket with another persons. Waited 2 hours. Couldn't adjust my headlight that needed it. Mechanic didn't know how. Funny stuff I guess.

The service I received from Billingsley Hyundai was great. They were thorough and quick with the engine repair on my Santa Fe. The service writers were courteous and listened to my concerns. They were persistent with my rental car and provided what I needed to be able to effectively do my work. This was very important to me as I work out of my car.

The service was acceptable. The fact that I was the only one in the building wearing a mask was disappointing. I thought you cared more about your customers than that. I am immunocompromised and felt very vulnerable. Maybe think more about your customers and protect them instead of possibly exposing them to something that has been known to kill people.

Going forward, please let someone know that you feel this way in person because we all have masks at our location and respect how everyone feels. We have taken many protocols as well as our individuals that work at our store to make sure people are safe and stay safe. We follow what the CDC guidelines are as well as the city and respect medical freedom when there is no mandate in effect.

Bought this used vehicle at KIA, The service department at KIA certainly doesn't seem to know anything about vehicles. Brought car to Hyundai dealer and got everything corrected and their attitude gives you the reassurance that they are taking care of you properly. This is my NEW service and repair facility.
