I have leased and purchased trucks from Best, however, this was my first service appointment. Service Coordinator Jillian Luboda was friendly and quickly got my truck's oil change and sticker processing. Service Advisor Kate Gemmill noticed my keys were not with my truck, and quickly followed me to retrieve them as I was walking my dog. The appointment took less than an hour!

From the time I arrived, everyone was very nice and pleasant. Nick & Sean were great to work with, very good on communication. Have been going to Best Chevrolet for over 20 years. The waiting room is filled with goodies and drinks and TV. Highly recommend Best Chevrolet.

My 2021 GMC Yukon stopped suddenly while I was driving. I called Best Chevrolet and asked if they could find and fix the problem. I had the vehicle towed to Best. The found the fuel control module had failed. They fixed the problem and returned my vehicle in a coupe of days. Great service.

I was very pleased with my experience at Best Chevrolet. My car broke down on 95 and I had it towed it to Best. As my husbands truck was deemed unsafe to drive the day before , I needed a ride home. They arranged and paid for an Uber. When the car was ready to be picked up, they arranged and paid for uber to pick me up. I was so impressed with their customer service and as always very pleased with repairs!!!! Love Best Chevy!!!

Check engine lite came on..went to Best Chevy for service because of light, $209 later the issue was a loose battery cable. Everyone told me I was a fool to pay since Best Chevy installed a new battery less than 5 months prior. Pretty obvious they didn't tighten the cable adequately.

Service was excellent. Technician did a great job, and came and spoke to me about the procedure's he performed. Very convenient drive up service area, very pleasant service advisors. This is not a complaint, my only concern was it was more expensive than the quote I received over the phone prior to my service.

First time I had a bad experience at Best Chevrolet. I was there for an oil change and to have my two front tire pressure sensors replaced. I arrived at 12:50pm for my 1pm appointment. Didn't leave until 4:40pm. I feel sitting in the showroom out of sight out of mind.

Just a routine oil change that went pretty smoothly until i got the bill! I know prices have gone up but $89.00 for an oil change floored me! It wasn't too long ago when I thought $40.00 was outrageous for an oil change. I just wish my SS could keep up with the increases on prices. I might even shop around for a better deal when I am due for another oil change.

Went in for an oil change and had a gas smell when sitting at idle. No gas smell found. Bill was over $200.00 I complained. Told a $100.00 fee for finding no gas smell. Bill was reduced to $130. Still have a gas smell. Maybe next vehicle will be a Subaru or Nissan.
