Considering I didn't have an appointment and it was very busy, I can't complain about anything. I do think that the cost of the battery compared to what I would have paid and NAPA was extreme, but I trust your mechanics are trained specifically to work on my truck.

I went in to get the locking lug nuts taken off my car because I was getting 2 new tires put on and I didn't get the 'key' to the locking lug nuts from you when I bought the Jeep. After some negotiation, there was someone able to find the correct key in your master set and replaced them with the original lug nuts that I did have. I appreciate the fact that I was able to get it done and not have to make an appointment to come back.

The exhaust pipe and muffler weld broke. I had been the price of full replacement but no other company had offered to just reweld it. I had even requested that option and was told they weren't sure if it could be done. Fortunately, Barry Sanders Super Center said they would give it a try. It has been a few weeks and the weld is still holding up.
