Talked to Debbie who indicated she would process financing. I then get a call from Sal who says he's the F&I mgr. but hasn't processed anything and doesn't know what car I am on. He advises he will submit to his lenders but will also contact my local lenders of choice and send them a buyer's order. That never happened and they sold the car out from under me and still haven't called to tell me it's sold. So now I will never do business with them. I am a former F&I mgr. and Gen. Sales Mgr. of major Metro Atlanta and Montgomery, AL dealerships.

Hello Clarke, We do have the message conversations from your loan request on 4-6-2021 at 5.24pm. After Debbie sent you the video at 2:29pm that day. she responded at 4:56 pm letting you know that she gave it to finance and would let you know what they could do. Debbie sent 4 messages between 5:58 and 6:02 asking your participation of any cash down on the vehicle. Your response was that you did not know how much if any amount. The response was about hotel and airfair was over a grand for you. She texted you again later asking what you had decided and to let her know, you responded with "okay" there was no text again after that message. Debbie also called 3 times the next day and left messages that were not responded to. You had spoken with Sal who explained that We could not secure funding for you through the local credit unions, you stated to him that you would try your lender. We never heard back. You were also offered the option several times to put the $500 deposit down to hold it for you and you declined.
We are sorry to hear your experience was not 5 star. With you Being from Alabama and trying to purchase a vehicle in Idaho would be challenging for any small dealer. We apologize about not have the lending capabilities on a 2005 vehicle that fit in the credit unions criteria or their region. As an Independent Dealer, as you would know, we do not have the capabilities that a Franchise dealer would have access to. Also please look through your emails, there was a Purchase Order sent to you, for you to take to your lender/bank sent at 6:26pm that very same day. We had tried to contact you via email text and phone, but never received a response.
