My entire appointment was handled in one hour. The service representative was courteous and helpful I appreciate the notification that my two air filters need replacement, but $149.95 labor to replace is extremely high, that is why I passed and did it myself.

Worked with John, Service Rep. John is always courteous and helpful and respectful. Problem with car not passing emissions test and John was helpful in getting me back in for inspection. Tech guys looked at car immediately. I was at dealership a little over an hour.
