My wife was pleased with the visit. The service team was excellent. Express service really lived up to its name this time. She did not have a long wait. Nice touch writing "Have a subawoo day" on the service reminder decal. I was surprised to find a sticker on the oil filter soliciting employment. If that helps Bachman keep acquiring the best employees, that's fine with me.

The oil change was fine the tire rotation was OK other than not being told about replacing 2 lug nuts prior to them being installed, fortunately, I was not chaged for them because I was not informed. I did ask the the attendant at check in about the sliding trunk cover that didn't open and he said he would take care of it, however, it was not done.

I'm very disappointed with Bachman Subaru service, especially when compared to my experience with Bachman Chevrolet service, which was wonderful. My car was in for regular maintenance, which included tire rotation. I was told it was done, but I knew it hadn't been because I had a gash in my front tire, which was still in the same spot. My confidence in them no longer exists.

Easy, fast service. Treated with courtesy and respect. However, when we left for the 175 mile trip home the tire pressure light was on. Considering you had checked and rotated tires, I assumed it would go off. It didn't. When I checked the air pressure at home, some tires were as low as 26.

I bought my car in for an oil change and asked them to check the air in the tires. I asked the lady that took my information if they did and she said yes. I was going on a trip and wanted to know the tires were safe. My husband decided to check the tires himself and he found every tire approximately 20 lbs low, which is interesting because I usually get a low pressure light come on on my dash. Not sure what to make of that.

Checking tire pressure is a standard part of our inspection and we should be doing this every time you come in. It is possible that he checked the tires in kPa instead of PSI? I have done that before, and the readings were completely different. The tire would definitely come on if the tires were 20 psi low. The tire light also comes on if any of the four tire pressure sensors are not reading. I agree that is strange the light did not come on. Went in panicked after hit something in construction zone, and tire lost pressure. Was greeted by Advisor in covered lane before got out of car. Waiting room has wifi and options for desk-style with some privacy, or comfy chairs around TV. They had to order tire so could not fix immediately, but gave me my options quickly.

The express service is very convenient. The only issue I have is that they never check the dip stick for correct oil level its always overfilled, not much but usually 1/4 inch over the full mark on the dip stick. can never get a good answer when asking why!!
