The service people are extremely nice and helpful. They provide you with video footage of the initial service inspection, so you can see exactly what's wrong and decide how you want to move forward, which is great!! The service is a bit costly, though.

I know dealership auto repair shops are more expensive, but the service at BMW of San Diego is top notch and I have the peace of mind the repair is done correctly. I really like getting the videos the repair tech sends showing the state of the car. Also, the majority of time they give me a loaner car, giving me the opportunity to try out some of the new BMW's. :-)

I was pleasantly surprised of the value offered. Granted it was an oil change on a promotion - a good one. Take away, if your Bimmer needs service call the dealership for an estimate, it might be actually competitive if a promotion is available. The personnel service was excellent.

Great service! I am lucky to have one of the best service advisors there in Jayson Vale Cruz. While my car has over 90,000 miles on it, this was the first major repair needed for general maintenance items. It was a bit expensive, but well worth it.

Had a driver restraint malfunction light repaired, the day after the repair the light reilluminated and had to take it in again. Was charged for another deductible even though they didnt fix the problem the first time. If you want your car fixed the first time, go somewhere else.
