Service advisor was horrible. Looks like he was not happy about his job. He almost trying to quick me out. Zero customer satisfaction. He couldn't not able answer any question, ignoring the customer who seating in the chair, keeping himself busy on laptop. He was behaving like you don't exist there. Horrible service.

Was very strange--we asked to see a car with a specific feature in email and three times in person. The salesperson said it was too much trouble for her to pull it up. She then tried to sell us a car that wasn't the trim we needed. Also more pushy than other dealerships we went to. We also had to wait 20 minutes before she was free.

I have an issue with the vehicle where it turns on on the auto off/on, but then it turns back off and I have to manually start the car and put it in drive. The service department advised there is nothing they can do as they could not reproduce the issue. I also noticed that they turned off the dashboard camera, so I don't know how they treated the car when they took it on a 10 miles test drive.

I get the call where representative was asking if I would like to have complimentary vehicle check and car wash, I said yes. It was ending up being very fast check (only brakes, tires and liquids checked, which I can see basically by myself plus most of the info is reported by vehicle itself) and no wash. Nobody was going through the result either so I was not able to even ask anything else so this was ended up by total waste of time.

Scheduled service was ok, but horrible problem solving. Even after showing them problems, they said its normal or we can't reproduce. I was dumbfounded while talking with the service representative. I regret selling Acura for this mediocre car with mediocre service centers.

The service advisor did an excellent job in getting all maintenance work done in a few hours. Though both BMW and their partner (enterprise) were out of loaner cars and I had to wait more than an hour for a loaner car without working AC, I'm satisfied with the maintenance service.
